Honey and wholegrain mustard roasted belly pork
Slow roasted with cider and served with apple and thyme mash potato and cider jus

Chefs selection of fresh vegetables in a paprika cream sauce served with noodles and minted suet dumplings

Pan roasted trio of fish
Salmon, monkfish and tuna roasted in fresh rosemary and garlic and served on a bed of paella with a saffron cream

The cricketer’s beef stroganoff
Strips of fillet steak sautéed with garlic, onions and button mushrooms flamed with brandy and port finished with fresh cream and served in large Yorkshire pudding
